This game was made for Pirate Software - Game Jam 15 in which I was the sole developer. I am proud of this game even though it may not look the best as I didn't get time to create
any models, but the procedurally generated paths and stacking of towers was something I'm proud of figuring out.
Description:
Polymorphic Castle is a strategy game where you must place towers onto the other towers or walls already a part of your castle to defend against shadows that are coming to take the light from your castle.
Paths are procedurally generated and cannot cross paths to block each other.
Towers can only be placed on the flat parts of one another. Towers can be placed on top of one another when a
topper is added to them.
Players can choose augments to buff their towers or gain other effects.
There are 4 different enemy levels, getting progressively tankier from left to right.
Enemies can have blue and purple protections. Blue can only be removed by red towers and purple can only be removed by purple towers.
Only towers that are at the end of a stack can be removed.
Purple Explosion Attack
Enemies follow the path to your base and towers have auto locking attacks. There is also a double speed feature to speed up any slow rounds.
Red Attacks remove enemy blue defenses whereas other attacks do not get rid of it.
